Leadership

Jesse has served in the ministry since 1995 and has been the Lead Pastor at Elk Point since founding the church in 2011. He and his wife, Melanie, have been happily married for over twenty-five years, sharing their journey in ministry. Together, they have raised four children—Hannah, Katelyn, Evan, and Natalie. The Haileys are passionate about introducing lost hearts to Jesus and discipling new believers within a healthy church community.

Ryan Austin accepted Christ as his Savior in 1997 around the kitchen table. In 2008, during a Missions Conference, he surrendered his life to church ministry. Upon completing his studies at Bible College, Ryan was ordained as an Assistant Pastor at Elk Point Baptist Church. Currently, he serves as the Youth Pastor, overseeing the spiritual growth of middle and high school students, while also leading the worship team.
